Synopsis:

|
TENDER FOR DELIVERED DIESEL FUEL
The Rural Municipality of Hillsdale No. 440 calls for tenders for a contractor to:
Supply and deliver approximately 110,000 to 115,000 liters of clear diesel to the RM of Hillsdale No. 440 tank located in the Village of Neilburg at least once every two weeks and RM of Hillsdale tank located in the Hamlet of Baldwinton filled at least once every two weeks during the summer season. The fuel tank located at the Village of Neilburg holds 10,000 liters and the tank at Baldwinton holds 5,000 liters.
Payment for material received and invoiced will be approved at the regular meeting of Council (generally held the first Thursday of the month after the first Tuesday) and sent by regular mail within one week after that date. Council does not pay interest on their account so please take those payment terms into consideration in your tender.

SEALED TENDERS to be received in the Municipal Office, by March 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. MST
Email and fax submission of bids are permitted however, the RM of Hillsdale No. 440 cannot guarantee confidentiality of documents sent. The Bidder assumes all risks associated with these forms of communication.
