Request for Expression of Interest - Tourism Saskatchewan Advertising Services Competition

The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced advertising partner to provide communications and marketing services for Tourism Saskatchewan.

Tourism Saskatchewan is a Treasury Board Crown Corporation with a mandate that includes marketing, visitor services, education and training, and tourism product and industry development. The mission is to connect people with high-quality Saskatchewan experiences and support the growth of successful tourism businesses.

Tourism Saskatchewan’s Marketing and Communications team is responsible for promoting visitor travel and generating expenditure to, and within, Saskatchewan. The team comprises four areas: Marketing, Communications (including Visitor Services), Events and Partnership Programs, and Global Markets. Most of the agency’s interaction will be with the Marketing team.

Interested suppliers must demonstrate:

• The ability to provide flexible, collaborative support that adapts to changing needs, acting as an extension of Tourism Saskatchewan’s marketing team.
• A clear understanding of the tourism sector and the ability to deliver targeted, research-driven, and agile content marketing strategies across domestic and export markets.
• Proven strategies for successful campaigns that drive visitation and tourism spending.

Companies interested in pursuing this account should submit a brief letter of intent (not exceeding two pages). The letter should specifically articulate why your experience and capabilities relative to the criteria in the ad to make your firm the best choice for this account. Please include two client references who can speak to your ability in the criteria above. Also, bidding firms must identify any intent to use subcontractors, and include a description of the scope of services. From the responses, a shortlist of firms will be developed. These firms will be asked to prepare a proposal and may be asked to demonstrate their capability in an in-person presentation to a selection panel.

Letters of intent should be marked “[Company name] Tourism Saskatchewan Advertising Services Competition" and must be received by email to commtenders@gov.sk.ca no later than 11:00 a.m. Saskatchewan time, May 27, 2025.
