The Contractor shall provide Right-Of-Way Appraisal, Acquisition and Relocation Services for two projects; Vine Road Reconstruction Knik-Goose Bay Road. to Hollywood Road., and the HSIP: Vine Road. at Hollywood Road. Intersection Improvements. All contractor services and work products must follow and be in accordance with the provisions of the USPAP Uniform Act as required in 49 CFR Part 24 and the Department's Right of Way Manual. The Contracting Agency reserves the right to add or delete parcels as needed.
