MAINTENANCE AND PROTECTION OF TRAFFIC SERVICES SPRING & FALL SR 309 LUZERNE CO., SR- 309

Project Description: You are invited to provide a bid on Contract to provide maintenance and protection of traffic services for the inspection of three (3) State-Owned Bridges in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
The Work is scheduled to include nine (9) days to begin in May 2026 and resume in October and November 2026. Weekend work is not planned but may be required in the event of inclement weather
SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. will receive Bids electronically via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on March 26, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The Bid documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program. The completed, signed bid forms and required attachments must be uploaded to the PennBid site in pdf file format. The total bid prices for each contract must also be entered into PennBid.
