Synopsis:
|
|
The Regal elevator at TCU Place is nearing its end of life and some significant work needs to be undertaken. This elevator provides the only access to the balconies in TCU Place, making downtime restrictive to patrons requiring accessibility. Otis currently services the elevator and has identified the following items as part of the modernization: Pit steel integrity, hydraulic oil, safety items, door restrictors, detectors and operator, and other items. Undertaking the HydroAccel Modernization and hydraulic cylinder replacement and cab interior renovation would fully modernize the Regal elevator
