HVAC Replacements
Mile Tree School
Wilbraham, Massachusetts
The Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District is seeking proposals for HVAC Replacements at the Mile Tree School, 625 Main Street, Wilbraham, MA.
Mechanical GC Bid will be due Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. in the Superintendent's Office, Minnechaug Regional High School.
Bids must be addressed to David Rogers, Manager of Facilities & Maintenance,
Hampden - Superintendent's Office, Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District, 621 Main Street, Wilbraham, MA 01095. Bids must be securely sealed, showing the name and address of the bidder. All bids must be clearly marked "HVAC Replacements, Mile Tree School" on the outside of the envelope. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be accepted under any conditions.
The project consists of providing a replacement rooftop unit serving the office area.
The estimated cost of the work is $40,000 for the base bid.
Each bidder may obtain sets of bidding documents from Robt. W. Hall Consulting Engineers by emailing Robert Griffiths (rgriffiths@rwhall.com).
A Prebid Conference will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at the school.
A 50% Payment Bond will be required of the successful bidder.
The attorney-in-fact who signs Payment Bonds must file with each bond a certified and effective dated copy of their power of attorney. Prevailing wage rates have been established for this project by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, and to take whatever action it believes to be in the best interest of the Town.
