The City of Rancho Cordova, Community Development, is seeking the submission of proposals from qualified consultants.

Work to be done under this contract consists, in general, of providing all professional services necessary to conduct a Vehicle (EV) Charging Needs Assessment and Network Planning study. This includes identifying barriers to EV adoption, evaluating existing and potential charging infrastructure, and developing a strategic plan to expand EV charging access—particularly in multi-family properties, workplace locations, and disadvantaged communities. The consultant shall ensure the work aligns with the goals of the City of Rancho Cordova’s Climate Action and Adaptation Plan (CAAP) and is supported by the Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) Regional Carbon Reduction Program. Work also includes all tasks necessary to complete the project scope as described in the RFP or as directed by the city.
