EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT & PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS CENTER PROJECT

Boone County Fiscal Court is seeking Construction Management services for the development of its new Emergency Management & Public Safety Communications Center. The facility will be located at the southwest corner of Conrad Lane and Bullitsville Road in Burlington, Kentucky, The project will include public areas, an Emergency Operations Center with a multipurpose room, administrative offices for Emergency Management and Dispatch, a Dispatch Call Center, and a garage.

This facility will serve as a central hub for emergency response and public safety operations, enhancing the County’s ability to coordinate during emergencies and support daily operations. Boone County is looking for experienced Construction Managers to guide this important project from pre-construction through completion.
