This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to accomplish market research and support planning for the requirements listed below. The Government will not pay for any information or reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this RFI. No solicitation is being issued at this time. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

Background:
This effort is for the acquisition of services necessary to execute all technical support associated with the PATRIOT Missile System and Major End Items (MEIs). Technical support includes, but is not limited to: Technical assistance for New Equipment Training (NET), operational support and maintenance of PATRIOT MEIs and associated communications equipment. System maintenance advisory support, mentoring, and demonstration of methods, training advisory support at tactical sites, and NET locations, system contact team support, and training devices. Technical and logistical support required to digitize the text and graphics for all operational, Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) and maintenance technical manuals for the PATRIOT Missile System; and Maintenance and logistics support for testing and servicing of the United States (US) Army’s Depot Maintenance Plant Equipment (DMPE).
The proposed performance period for this action is five (5) base years with one 5-year option period, from 31 March 2026 – 30 March 2036.
