This notice is a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition for a sole source award made to the Open Geospatial Consortium, Inc. (OGC). The purpose of the acquisition is to obtain a Principal Membership in OGC to support the NOAA/NESDIS mission and its role in developing open standards for geospatial data and systems interoperability. OGC is the only organization engaged in developing these open standards, which are critical to NOAA's mission.. A copy of the full justification document is attached.
