NOTICE: Sierra County Department of Public Works hereby gives notice that in accordance with Public Contract Code 22000-22045 it will accept Informal bids until 3:00 p.m. August 26, 2025, for the following project:

Pliocene Ridge Road 2023 Emergency Storm Damage Repair

Located at Pliocene Ridge Road east of intersection of Hells Half Acre & Pliocene Ridge Road

Start of Project 39°29.147 -120° 50.735 end of project 39°29.154 -120°50.675.

Bids will be received at the office of the:

Downieville, CA 95936

if hand carried, delivered to the Office of the Clerk Recorder at 100 Courthouse Square, Room 11,                                         Downieville, CA 95936

until 3:00 P.M. local time on August 26, 2025, for the above referenced project.

Bids received after said time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been properly submitted will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.
