Project Description: Botetourt County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, responsible contractors to provide Janitorial services at fifteen (15) County facilities, further described herein. Services shall include general cleaning, such as sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restocking restrooms. Services shall be performed on the given schedule by location for an initial one-year term to begin on September 1, 2026, with four annual one-year renewal options.
