IFB for WINDOW CLEANING AND EXTERIOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES
SMUD is seeking qualified Contractors to provide Window Cleaning and Exterior Building Maintenance Services . This contract will include but is not limited to periodic window washing services. Contractor must be able to perform all duties necessary to structures that can exceed (4) stories high at ground level. Services are needed by approximately April 1, 2025, and the resulting contract(s) will run for five (5) years. SMUD intends to award one or more contract(s) to the lowest Bidders as a result of this solicitation. The work to be performed under the resulting contract(s) shall be in the form of individual Purchase Orders.
