Amendment 0001 (9/24/25): This amendment cancels the site visit scheduled for 9/26/25 and reschedules it for 10/15/25. Additionally, the question due date is extended until October 22nd and proposal due date is extended until October 31st.
This request for proposal is for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, incidentals, and materials to accomplish to Specifications (Attachment 2) covering all items listed on Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items. Project is located at the USDA Forest Service Angel Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center at 335 NE Blodgett Rd, Yachats, OR 97498. Driving Instruction can be obtained by calling 541-547-3137.
