Behavioral Health Support, Advocacy, and Satisfaction Programs

Project Description: The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Offices of Managed Care Solutions and Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Early Intervention (HHS) is dedicated to raising the voices of individuals and families who have received behavioral health support and treatment throughout the county. HHS is committed to making behavioral health system decisions in unison with those who have received services. HHS values trauma informed practices, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and diversity, equity and inclusion. To that end, HHS is seeking vendors to provide behavioral health support, advocacy, and satisfaction programs in Montgomery County. This RFP has three parts: Part A: Behavioral Health Family Support Program (BHFSP); Part B: Behavioral Health Advocacy Program (BHAP); and Part C: Behavioral Health Satisfaction Program (BHSP).
HHS may award a single contract covering all parts (A, B and C) or separate contracts for individually awarded parts (A or B or C). Collaborative proposals from multiple agencies are encouraged, particularly where they demonstrate operational cost savings.
