Detail
Bids are being solicited by Cultural & Economic Development, L.L.C. or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work (“Company”) to furnish a proposal for the construction of a new, durable, and safe boat ramp designed for recreational and small craft use at Sallisaw Creek.

PreBid Meeting will be held on November 19th, 2025 at 10am. This will be held on the construction site.

Bids will be due on December 12th, 2025 by 5pm.

We are not accepting bids in person or by mail. All proposals shall be submitted to this email address only, Sallisa.m82so0qd9bayccib@u.box.com please do not copy the buyer on submittal. If you copy the buyer on submittal, it can be grounds for disqualification.
1.        Site Preparation
o        Perform detailed site assessment and layout verification
o        Mobilize personnel, equipment, and materials to the project site
2.        Earthwork
o        Conduct excavation, grading, and subgrade preparation per design elevations
3.        Concrete Construction
o        Install formwork and reinforcement
o        Place and finish reinforced concrete for the boat ramp structure
4.        Shoreline and Access Improvements
o        Construct pedestrian and vehicle access pathways
o        Provide shoreline stabilization (e.g., riprap placement or equivalent measures)
5.        Erosion and Sediment Control
o        Implement and maintain Best Management Practices (BMPs) throughout construction
6.        Site Restoration
o        Perform final grading, site cleanup, and restoration to preconstruction condition or better
