SNOC26271001 - RFP -Private Public, Partnership Housing Project

Project Description: SSnow College (“the College”), a public institution of higher education in the State of Utah, is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced development teams to serve as a Development Partner for the evaluation, feasibility analysis and possibly the construction of a proposed student housing project on College-owned land located in Richfield, Utah, with approximately 150 beds (Conceptual).
The College seeks a collaborative partner to assist in determining the feasibility, affordability, and appropriate delivery structure for student housing that would support enrollment growth, student success, and long-term institutional goals at the Richfield Campus. The intent is to enter into a predevelopment agreement to evaluate project feasibility. If it is determined that a project and partnership is feasible to move forward, then a full development partnership agreement will be negotiated. All of this is subject to input from the State of Utah Division of Facilities and Construction Management and approval from the State Board of Higher Education.
Snow College invites interested parties to submit a proposal to provide the college with these services.
