Additional Instructions
The State is issuing this solicitation to obtain a janitorial contract for the Towson District Court, located at 120 E. Chesapeake Avenue, Towson, MD 21286. The court is managed under the authority of the Department of General Services, an agency of the State of Maryland.
The District Court is a two-story building that consists of approximately 60,000 square feet. The building is occupied by the District Court, with approximately 150 employees, which comprises the following units:
