The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes to the solicitation:
1. Due date for offers is hereby extended to 21 FEBRUARY 2025.
2. Remove clause WSSTERMMZ01. Proposals received in response to this RFQ will be evaluated using LPTA procedures.
The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes to the solicitation:
1. Item can only be procured only from suppliers who provide FAA-Certified parts which possess a FAA Authorized Release Certificate, FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag.
This is a FMS Spares requirement for the items listed in this solicitation.
All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders,
delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement
are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are
either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other
electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's
acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement
to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.
