CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR MUNICIPAL CANNABIS RETAIL STORE DEVELOPMENT. The City of Fairmont is soliciting proposals from consultants to assist with the potential development of a city-owned and operated cannabis retail store located within city limits. The selected consultant will assist with business planning, facility layout and design, procurement, and preparing application deliverables to meet the State of Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management licensing requirements.
