Curriculum Training (RFP #DCY-C-25-0062R) - REBID

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the purpose of selecting one qualified and experienced Offeror who will provide training on the implementation of comprehensive curricula used for instruction and supporting the growth and development of children birth to kindergarten entry. Offeror may source curricula from different suppliers and the successful Offeror will provide implementation supports across the curricula, settings, and staff education levels. Early childhood assessment(s) may also be used as part of the curricula and needs to be supported as part of the training supports responsive to this request. Proposals must clearly demonstrate the Offeror’s capability of providing services as described in this RFP.

Through this RFP, the Ohio Department of Children and Youth seeks to provide training and support to its diverse population of early care and education providers of infant, toddler, and pre-school aged children services (Providers) by purchasing training supports to make learning opportunities available to aid Providers in instruction and developmental growth of children birth to kindergarten entry. State law requires that Providers use a research-based curriculum that can meet the diverse needs of children who are spending time in out-of-home learning environments. With the State’s commitment to implementing high quality language and literacy instructional materials and strategies supported by the Science of Reading, it is critical that children and their Providers have access to curriculum, assessment, and implementation supports that maximize learning and kindergarten readiness.
