Bituminous Paving Materials (Hot & Cold Patch)

A. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the lowest price for the City of Baltimore (City) in
accordance with specifications and documents contained herein for acquiring a qualified supplier for
quality Bituminous Paving Materials for Hot and Cold Patch for the Department of Transportation,
as further described in the Detailed Specifications section of this solicitation.
B. Contractor to provide bituminous paving materials for hot and cold patch. This contract will
be primarily used by the Department of Transportation and may require procurement of services
and/or goods by other City agencies, on an as-needed basis.
C. Materials will be picked up by the City.
D. Also, be certain to download any Attachment(s), or addenda as posted on Workday, which must
be taken and considered together with this solicitation, and which are considered a part hereof, the same
as if specifically written herein. To ignore or overlook the attachment(s) may result in rejection of the bid
submission.
