The County of Frederick, Maryland has determined that contractors who submit bids for the Construction of the West Frederick Library must be prequalified. Due Date: August 11, 2026, before 4:00 PM EST.
Note: This project will utilize grant funding from the Maryland State Library Agency. Information is being provided in the SOQ for informational purposes and is subject to change. The resulting IFB will contain the finalized information.
