The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of Department of Administration's State Public Works Division/Buildings and Grounds (B&G) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide HVAC Air filter services for buildings located at the McCarren Center as described in the scope of work and attachments. Vendors must attend a mandatory site visit on April 15, 2025 at 9:00 am in order to submit a proposal. Vendors will meet at the Story Building (MC01) located at 7220 Bermuda Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada. Deadline to submit the Site Visit Registration Form is on April 14, 2025 at 2:00 pm. The contract will be for a 4 years term. See attached documentation for full details and instructions.
