Percy Thomas Center Roof Replacement and HVAC Renovation

The Work consists of the removal and replacement of existing roof systems, both asphalt shingle and EPDM membrane, along with all appurtenant components including, but not limited to, underlayment, coverboard, flashing, coping and select replacement of deteriorated wood blocking and substrate. The Work also includes the removal and replacement of six (6) HVAC rooftop package units, which are to be provided by the Owner; the Contractor is responsible for complete installation and shall coordinate with the Owner for delivery of the units. The Work is more fully described and detailed in the contract documents.
