SCOPE OF WORK:Â The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select one (1) contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and transportation required to provide landscaping services on an as needed basis for the Department of Public Works Operations Center. Work shall be in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein.
