The City of Dubuque, Iowa is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified, professional consulting firms to perform design, development and construction management, services for the Historic Millwork District Outdoor Community Space.
The project development for each component described will take the concept to final plan and bid specifications. A qualified consultant will design preliminary and final plans for the entire development of the outdoor community space.
