The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Excel Substation Expansion Transformer Project until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on November 12, 2024 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. A public bid opening will not be held.

Project Summary:
The project is for a bid on material at our new Excel Substation Expansion Power Transformer. The transformer will be the main power transformer for the City of Fort Morgan, Excel Substation Expansion. The substation address is 20031 County Road R, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.
