DESCRIPTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES/QUALIFICATIONS ANTICIPATED FOR PROJECT:
Professional services for De La Howe Hall site work and parking lot would include site planning, grading, drainage
design, pavement design, and landscaping. This would involve surveying the site, designing the layout
