This project for the NHBOE involves the removal and replacement of the existing cooling tower at the CO-OP School in New Haven. The NHBOE will be pre-purchasing the new cooling tower, and contractor’s scope will include the demolition of the existing tower, structural modifications, rigging, and installation of all associated piping, electrical, insulation, and controls. Due to the size of the equipment and logistics, the project will require a large crane, temporary street shutdowns, and police detail coordination.
