Base Bid: Scope of work includes roof replacement of Roof Areas J, K, & L for approximately 71 squares of low slope roofing down to the existing roof deck at the facility. Roof Replacement includes roof deck repairs, insulation system, and a modified bitumen roof system. Sheet metal components and accessories are included. Alternate 1: Roof Replacement of Roof Areas D, G, & H for approximately 66 squares.
