No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of a Contractor's submission of responses to this Sources Sought, the Government's use of such information. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any Contractor's input resulting from this Sources Sought. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 15.201, responses to this Sources Sought are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

This Sources Sought is hereby issued by Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, as part of market research to determine industry interest and capability for the procurement of supplies and services as required in support of the Full Rate Production (FRP) of Next Generation Electronic Attack Units (NGEAUs) and NGEAU and Advanced Capability Mission Computer (ACMC) Sustainment Support.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A white paper no longer than 5 pages, and/or other pertinent information, such as a description with performance parameters and a statement of current availability, summary of prior testing, test reports, a budgetary estimate of test articles, production units, production quantity breaks, mitigate the reason why the Government should not procure this effort on a sole source basis as stated above, and /or identify other Government contracts with similar efforts for the Government(s) consideration. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
