Project Description: The City of Tempe (City) has approximately 700 square feet of space available on the first floor of City Hall, located at 31 E. 5th Street, Tempe, AZ 85281, suitable for use as a coffee shop. The City desires to offer a local business or multiple local businesses an opportunity to provide this valuable amenity to patrons, visitors, and staff.
The space will have all the necessary infrastructure ready for a coffee shop, and the vendor will supply all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
The terms of the lease or license will be negotiated with the selected vendor(s) in accordance with the terms in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
