Affordable Housing Planning Consulting Services for Five (5) Year Consolidated Plan

Project Description: Hillsborough County Affordable Housing Services (AHS) is seeking a qualified and experienced professional Consultant to provide a current assessment of housing and other community development needs of Unincorporated Hillsborough County, the City of Temple Terrace, and the City of Plant City. All requests for action shall include these three (3) jurisdictions. The Consultant shall follow the guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) when creating the following plans: (1) A five (5) year Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) for program years (PY) 2026-2030; (2) The PY 2026 Annual Action Plan; (3) The Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing/Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AFFH/AI) Report or other report as required by the adoption of the HUD Final Rule; (4) The PY 2026 -2030 Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area (NRSA) Plan. The estimated project budget is $136,000.00
