Program Management Services, Pre-Construction Services and Construction Management for New Animal Services Facility

Cobb County ("County") is issuing this Request for the Program Management Services, Pre-construction Services, and Construction Management Services for the New Animal Services Facility located at 1060 Al Bishop Dr, Marietta, GA 30008.

Cobb County Property Management is requesting comprehensive proposals for program management services, pre-construction services, and construction management for the New Animal Services Facility.

The Cobb County Animal Services building is a 29,680 square foot building built in 1995, and in need of an expansion and upgrades to the kennels, facilities, and other veterinary services. The existing facility will be demolished with a new facility built in its place.

Funding for this project will come from the 2022 Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax herein referred to as the 2022 SPLOST.

The Project is required to comply with State and Federal statutes, rules, and regulations, as well as those of Cobb County, including local permitting of the project. Additionally, the Project must comply with all grant rules, regulations, specifications, and requirements.
