Project Description: CCC is seeking a solution to detect fraudulent student applications. These applications fall into two primary categories:
• submissions using stolen or synthetic identities to exploit financial aid programs
• applicants whose information appears legitimate, but who have no genuine intent to enroll
The solution will provide identity verification, residency-related document verification, and digital fraud assessment which integrates directly into the student application workflow.
