ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is provided by the Township Secretary that proposals will be received by the Township of Lower Merion for the following:
2025 Dead & Diseased Tree Removal Program
(Approximately 34 Trees)
Contract Number: 25-13-55
Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the PennBid Bonfire Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).
Proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, Thursday, July 10, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section (Exhibit “C”) of the Bid Document.
A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required.
Specifications may be obtained electronically, at no cost, on the PennBid Bonfire website.
Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the “Questions” feature in PennBid. The last day for receipt of written questions is the end of business day Wednesday, July 2, 2025.
