Project Description: The scope of this project is for roadway improvements to two Township roadways, Gross Rd and Old Orchard Dr. Gross Rd improvements include approximately 1,200 SY of base repair and 3,969 SY of double oil and chip application. Old Orchard Dr improvements involve approximately 1,920 SY of full width roadway milling (including disposal) and 1,590 SY of 1.5” wearing course along with base repair at the cul da sac.
