    The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has determined that only one source, Blades Group LLC, can provide the department with rock asphalt. Blades Group LLC is the only supplier who can provide the rock asphalt repair product since this unique material is only mined and bagged by Blades Group LLC. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with two (2) one-year renewal periods or any portion thereof.
