Forestry and Parks
The Lands Operations Division is seeking an experienced external consultant to conduct a comprehensive review of its Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) program. This project will involve evaluating the program’s structure, processes, and practices to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with leading standards. The consultant will analyze the current framework, assess program effectiveness, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall safety culture. Deliverables will include a detailed report outlining actionable strategies, practical tools, and implementation steps that support a modern, sustainable OHS program tailored to the operational realities of a field-based workforce.
