Synopsis
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the Historic
Designation Advisory Board (HDAB) is seeking a qualified contractor (the “contractor”) to
conduct a Historic Structure Report (“HSR”) for the Detroit Association of Women’s Clubs
(DAWC) Headquarters-Clubhouse at 5462 Brush Street, Detroit, Michigan in accordance with
the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for Archaeology and Historic
Preservation.
