The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain firm fixed price proposals from a pool of service providers who will provide Mental Health Skill Building Services (MHSS) to individuals served by the Department of Mental Health Substance Abuse and Developmental Services (“MHSADS”).

The County reserves the right to award to multiple offerors, depending on the quantity and quality of proposals received.
