Open & Competitive Opportunity
• Request for Proposal
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Entwistle Pumphouse Chlorine Dosing System, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The successful proponent will design and implement a TRIM chlorine dosing system at one (1) of Parkland County’s Water Pumphouse Reservoir in Entwistle to address water quality issues with the WILD water supply, including iron bacteria presence, low chlorine residuals, and customer odor concerns. The project involves system assessment, design, SCADA integration, and developing systems to enable automated and precise chlorine control, improve disinfection performance, and increase operational flexibility.
