Project Description: It is the intent of this specification to establish a price agreement for Pneumatic Tool Repair for the City of Dallas. This agreement will be for thirty-six (36) months. Unless otherwise stated in the City of Dallas specification, all prices will be considered firm for acceptance within one hundred fifty (150) days after opening and may be extended by written agreement of the bidder.
