RFP - RESURFACE & PAINT/LINE BASKETBALL COURTS

1ST NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Warrensburg is requesting bids to Resurface two (2) Basketball Courts to include the following:

Court #1 approx. 78’x53’ = 4,150 sq. ft., Court #2 approx. 85’x56’ = 4,760 sq. ft., 14’x72’ Laneway to visible seam outside white gate = 1,000 sq. ft.

1) Mill, shim overlay existing basketball courts. 2) Remove loose and broken asphalt. 3) Cover existing cracks with Petro-Tac self-adhesive membrane prior to shim course. 4) Finish layer to be 1.5” minimum thickness Type 7 Asphalt from Hudson Falls Peckham.

Bids will be accepted at the Town of Warrensburg, Albert Emerson Town Hall, 3797 Main Street Warrensburg, NY 12885 at the Town Clerk Office and by email to: Pamela.Lloyd@townofwarrensburg.net until 4:00 pm on July 9, 2025. All bids to be opened and read at the Warrensburg Town Board meeting held on July 9, 2025 at 7:00 pm.

All work shall be subject to equal opportunity in employment, prevailing State wage rates and all requirements in accordance with applicable laws.

The Town of Warrensburg reserves the right to accept and/or reject all bids and waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received, as to best serve the interests of the Town of Warrensburg specifications.

2ND NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Warrensburg is requesting bids to Paint and Line two (2) Basketball Courts to include the following:

Court #1 approx. 78’x53’ = 4,150 sq. ft., Court #2 approx. 85’x56’ = 4,760 sq. ft. 14’x72’ Laneway to visible seam outside white gate = 1,000 sq. ft.

1) Paint the courts red, with green free throw area, and center circle. 2) White stripes around sidelines, three point area, free throws, and centerline circle. 3) All work needs to be done per standard layout for, free throw, three point, and center circle specs,
