2. Submission Requirements
Tenders must include:

Signed acknowledgment of the Development Clause.
10% deposit by certified cheque or bank draft.
Reserved price of $65,000.00.
3. Development Clause
The purchaser shall be required to:
Obtain a Development Permit from the Town within 6 months.
Construction completed to lock up within 24 months of title transfer.
Failure to comply may result in the Town exercising a right to repurchase the lot at the original sale price or take other action as permitted in the sale agreement.
4. Evaluation and Terms
Tenders will be evaluated based on price, compliance with zoning, and development intent.
The highest or any tender may not be accepted.
