Both projects are being undertaken through the following partnerships:
a) Belmont site located at 13207 37 Street NW, Edmonton, AB - Civida and Synergy Projects Ltd. and
b) Caernarvon site located at 14903 121 Street NW, Edmonton, AB - Civida, Synergy Projects Ltd. and Confederacy of Treaty Six First Nations.
These projects will be managed by Synergy Projects Ltd. and delivered through a collaborative construction management approach. The intent is to select one proponent from this RFP process to work with the partners and projects concurrently. The successful proponent must comply with the Surplus School Sites program including the milestones (i.e., building permit approval by 2026).
