GEF Seniors Housing
Londonderry Village is a 118-unit, five-story complex located at 13805 75 Street, Edmonton, AB. This project involves the removal and replacement of the existing heating hot water boilers, domestic hot water boiler, and make-up air (MUA) unit. Project drawings and specifications have been prepared by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC)-designated engineering consultant. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and permits required for the scope.
