Solicitation Number: 36C25725Q0664 The solicitation type: Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 Effective Date 06/11/2025 and VAAR Update 2008-37 Effective Date 07/28/2023. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as 100% Service-Disable Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 621512 Diagnostic Imaging Centers, and the small business size standard is $19 million. A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s)) is included under section B.2 Schedule of Services. Description of services to be acquired for this contract action is provided in section B.3 Performance Work Statement (PWS). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Addenda is included with the provision. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision.
