Chilled Water Modulating and Bypass Modulating Valves Project at the Anchorage Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZAN)

Amendment 0001 is released to provide questions and answers.

The Federal Aviation Administration, Enroute Construction Branch, has a requirement to replace/service chiled water modulating and bypass modulating valves at the Anchorage ARTCC in Anchorage, Alaska.

This project is set-aside for all small businesses. The NAICS code is 237110, size standard $45.0 milliion.

The Request for Offer (RFO), including the specifications and wage rates are attached to this announcement.

The price range for this requirement is between $100,000-$200,000

A site visit has been scheduled for June 10, 2025 at 10:00 am Local Time. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid Real ID to gain access to the site. All contractors must submit a list of attendance at least 24 hours in advance to joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name as appears on photo ID and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the offical list will be denied access to the facility.

A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy.
